Welcome to Birdy's House, a residency for writers, painters, and other artists, located in the western Catskills of New York. Work in a supportive, creative environment where meals and rooms are provided so you can fully engage in your solo or small group projects. Come for a week or two, or bring your group for a meeting. The door is always open.

Who we are
Managed by people active in the creative arts, Birdy's House aims to be a resource for you. Need a quiet place to write your book? Want to take a painting class? Looking for a place to hold your conference planning meeting? Birdy's House can give you the space you need.

Birdy's House provides a room, all meals, wifi, and weekly laundry and cleaning at no cost to you for up to a two-week stay. Or if you need a space for an afternoon meeting, we can provide that and refreshments, too. Come on your own or join a small group to work on a project or share ideas. How you use the space is up to you.
Delhi, NY, located in the western Catskills, has terrific amenities, including restaurants and a coffee shop, bookstore, art store, and library. While you're here, check out the Wednesday farmers market on the square or hike one of the nearby trails.
